In January, before the inauguration of President-Elect Biden, sitting President Trump was considering pardons.

According to the press, Lil Wayne, a rapper facing felony gun possession incarceration, is one of the people being considered for a pardon.

Lil Wayne, aka Dwayne Michael Carter, Jr. meet with President Trump and supported the President’s Platinum Plan.

Lil Wayne tweeted in support of President Trump and his girlfriend dropped him as a result.

Wayne was found in possession of a firearm at Miami airport.

This was a parole violation as well as a new charge.

Wayne is facing 10 years in prison.

Wayne will be sentenced on January 28, 2021 unless pardoned.

Lil Tjay is a rapper, singer and songwriter.

At the end of December, 2020, right before the new year, Lil was stopped in Brooklyn, NY.

Lil was a passenger in a vehicle stopped for changing lanes with signaling first.

A minor charge.

Police smelled marijuana.

Police searched the vehicle.

Police found four loaded firearms and a significant amount of marijuana.

Lil and the other occupants of the vehicle did not incriminate themselves.

Lil and the other occupants of the vehicle were arrested.

Hopefully Lil understood to say the magic words: ” I want a Lawyer.”

There was also a grand larceny charge which was not explained by police at the time of this blog post.

Lil was searched the week before at a rap video shoot.

Obviously police are following Lil and targeting him for arrest.

In December, 2020, Lil Wayne entered a guilty plea to possessing a firearm.

The charge arose out of a firearm found in his belongings in a private plane at a Miami airport.

The feds claim that an anonymous call informed them of the firearm.

On December 23, 2019, police boarded the plane and interrogated Lil Wayne.

Lil Wayne did not know to simply say “I want a Lawyer” and instead confessed.

The pistol was loaded and was stored with small amounts of cocaine, ecstacy and oxycodone.

Lil Wayne is facing up to ten years in prison.

Lil Wayne was previously convicted of a felony gun charge in New York in 2009.

Lil Wayne was apparently promised a recommendation of less time in jail in exchange for his guilty plea.

Adam Rickitt is a retired soap opera star.

Rickitt acted in Coronation Street and Hollyoaks.

Earlier in 2020 Rickitt was stopped by law enforcement while picking up take out food.

The officer stopped him for not having his headlights illuminated.

Rickitt admitted to drinking.

Rickitt blew into the breath tester.

His breath alcohol was well over the legal limit.

In his country, the legal limit is extremely low and no longer tied to actual impairment.

Footballer Sammy Ameobi charged with speeding

Sammy Ameobi, a Football Star in England, was stopped for driving double the posted speed — 80 mph in a 40 mph zone.

Ameobi faced a two month driving ban.

Ameobi asked for mercy from the court as he had no trains available to make the 160 mile trip to his new team, Notthingham Forest.

Ameobi apologized to the Court and cited to his previously clean driving record.

The Court decided to convict him of a six point speeding offense but did not suspend his license.

“I regret what I did it was stupid and reckless and I guess being late for work isn’t an excuse to do that. But prior to this I had zero points on my licence.”

Ameobi was born in Nigeria and moved with his parents to the UK.  Both of his brothers are talented footballers each having played for Newcastle United.

UTEP Quarterback’s DWI charge

Kai Locksley is a quarterback for the UTEP Football Team.  Recently he was charged with DWI and three other charges by El Paso police.

Locksley received the following charges; driving while intoxicated (DWI), marijuana possession under 2 ounces, unlawful possession of a weapon and making a terroristic threat.

Locksley was given bond in the amount of almost $3,000.00.  He can have some post that in cash or through a bail bondsman.

Locksley is set to begin is senior season with the UTEP Miners.  Locksley transferred from Iowa Western Community College in the beginning of 2018.  Last year he threw for over 930 years and three touchdowns.

Locksley had transferred to Iowa Western Community College from the University of Texas where he red shirted.  His father is the head coach for the University of Maryland football team.
