Eddie Johnson is the superintendent for Chicago’s very large police force.

In October, of 2019,  Superintendent Johnson was discovered unconscious in a vehicle stopped at a stop light.

Obviously, most people suspect that the Superintendent was intoxicated or under the influence of some drug.

Police were summonsed by passing motorists.

When the police arrived a DWI Investigation was not conducted.

Police supervisors were summoned and a DWI Investigation was not conducted.

The Superintendent was allowed to drive himself home.

The police did not conduct a preliminary breath test (PBT).

The Superintendent suggested that a mix up in his high blood pressure medication was the cause of his losing consciousness while driving.

The Superintendent did state that he had several drinks before driving.
