Footballer Sammy Ameobi charged with speeding

Sammy Ameobi, a Football Star in England, was stopped for driving double the posted speed — 80 mph in a 40 mph zone.

Ameobi faced a two month driving ban.

Ameobi asked for mercy from the court as he had no trains available to make the 160 mile trip to his new team, Notthingham Forest.

Ameobi apologized to the Court and cited to his previously clean driving record.

The Court decided to convict him of a six point speeding offense but did not suspend his license.

“I regret what I did it was stupid and reckless and I guess being late for work isn’t an excuse to do that. But prior to this I had zero points on my licence.”

Ameobi was born in Nigeria and moved with his parents to the UK.  Both of his brothers are talented footballers each having played for Newcastle United.

Reckless Driving in Harrisonburg:  On March 23, 2017, Erica Dixon, star of Love & Hip Hop Atlanta was stopped for speeding by law enforcement.  Dixon was not aware that she had no obligation to make confession to the police and allegedly told the Trooper that she had ingested three shots of Grand Marnier.  At that point the Trooper, based on her needless confession, instituted a DUI Investigation.  Dixon wisely refused to engage in the field sobriety test racket designed to develop probable cause to arrest for DUI regardless of the subjects’ impairment level.  The Trooper then ordered Dixon not to drive and to get home by calling a friend.  Dixon then, foolishly drove away and was tracked down and arrested.

Reckless Driving in Harrisonburg: When the Troopers caught Dixon she became upset alleging that she had been cleared to leave and did not understand why she was being run down, forcibly removed from her car and arrested.  Dixon was arrested for disorderly conduct and jailed.  Dixon had committed the sin of contempt of cop.  The Trooper had been doing her a favor by not running her into jail for DUI.  When she left, the police took that as a insult and acted accordingly.

Reckless Driving Help: On Saturday, February 4, 2017, Weston Cage, son of actor Nicolas Cage and Christina Fulton was involved in a California motor vehicle accident.  Cage lost control of his Camero struck another vehicle. Cage exchanged information with the other driver before attempting to avoid police and flee the scene.  During the police pursuit Cage again lost control of his Camero running through yards and running down several mailboxes and striking a stop sign.

Reckless Driving:  In late January, 2017, Yordano Ventura, age 25, was killed in a motor vehicle accident while visiting his home in the Dominican Republic.  According to Dominican police, Ventura‘s one car accident occured on the Juan Adrián highway near San Jose de Ocoa. Ventura was alone in the vehicle.  The cause of the collision was not reported.

Reckless Driving: Ventura was known for his lightening like fast ball and his fearlessness against much larger players from other professional baseball teams.  Ventura was an essential element of the pennant victories for his Kansas City Royals and the 2015 World Series.  Two years earlier, Oscar Taveras, another rising young baseball star, was killed in a traffic crash in the DR.  Taveras and his girlfriend were killed near Puerto Plata.  Ventura was pitching in the 2014 World Series and had Taveras‘ initials and number on his baseball cap honoring Taveras.  Coincidentally Andy Marte a retired major league baseball player also died in a vehicle crash in the DR several days earlier than Ventura’s passing.

Son of Arkansas Governor Arrested For DWI

Son of Arkansas Governor Arrested For DWI:  William Asa Hutchinson, III is the 40 year old son of Asa Hutchinson, the Governor of Arkansas.  On January 24, 2016, Hutchinson III was involved in a single motor vehicle crash.  According to Arkansas State Police, he reported falling asleep while driving at 4:00 a.m.  At some point,  Hutchinson III’s vehicle slammed into the guardrail at the Interstate 49 southbound exit ramp onto the Fulbright Expressway.  Police reported that Hutchinson III was confused about his direction of travel prior to the motor vehicle accident.  Police did not report how they determined that Hutchinson III’s confusion was due to a concussion received in the high speed crash to the guardrail.  #SonOfArkansasGovernorArrestedForDWI

Son of Arkansas Governor Arrested For DWI:  The state police indicated that a firefighter summonsed to the crash site reported smelling an alcoholic beverage odor in Hutchinson III’s vehicle.  The state police then noticed such odor on Hutchinson’s breath while speaking with him.  The police report indicates that Hutchinson’s eyes were blood shot and watery and he had slurred speech.  The Police did not indicate how they determined that watery eyes were caused by a blood alcohol level over the legal limit.  The police did not explain how they determined that the blood shot eyes were not the product of the late hour, allergies or some other environmental factor.

Son of Arkansas Governor Arrested For DWI:  The police apparently attempted to administer the horizontal gaze nystagmus test to Hutchinson III.  The HGN test is hard to administer properly and there is significant evidence that HGN clues are often present in persons with no Blood Alcohol content and well as persons with low Blood Alcohol Contents.  Hutchinson III was charged with DWI, careless driving and refusal to undergo the evidential breath test.  His court date in the Fayetteville District Court is set for February 22, 2016. #SonOfArkansasGovernorArrestedForDWI

Reckless Driving Sheikh:  Beverly Hills, California was recently the location chosen to showcase some very expensive, exotic and fast automobiles.  According to the media, Khalid bin Hamad Al Thani, and some cohorts were revving engines and racing down residential streets in September of 2015.  Apparently they were staying in a $45,000 a month rental along with their exotic Ferraris and Porsches.  The racing Middle Eastern royalty were videoed tearing up the neighborhood.  The Beverly Hills police made no arrests and now Khalid bin Hamad Al Thani of Qatar and the hot cars have left the United States.

Reckless Driving Sheikh: Al Thani owns and races on a drag racing team.  He belongs to the Al Thani ruling family of gas and oil wealthy Qatar. Al Thani has often been seen racing cars like a Formula One Race Car.

Reckless Driving Sheikh:  The video shows a dark yellow 12 Cylinder Ferrari racing a white Porsche.  The Ferrari goes for almost one and a half million new.  The racing stopped when the Ferrari stated throwing smoke either from its tires or its engine.  When the police arrived, both cars were parked in the rental house driveway.  Someone appeared and admitted owning the cars but denied the reported racing.  Law Enforcement claims that the videos were not detailed enough to show the identities of the drivers.  No witnesses were willing to go on record as identifying the drivers.  One witness did claim that a driver explained that he could have him killed with no chance of being punished for such killing.  The police have pledged to continue their search for the phantom drivers of the exotic cars.  The city has also requested that the United States State Department complain about the reckless driving of Al Thani a member of the ruling family.  #RecklessDrivingSheikh
