42 Dugg is an up and coming rapper.

In 2019, Dugg was charged with illegally possessing a firearm at an Atlanta shooting range.

Dugg was convicted of a felony in 2010.

As a felon, Dugg is prohibited from possessing a firearm for any purpose including target shooting.

The prosecution wanted active incarceration for years.

In November of 2021, a federal Judge gave Dugg three years probation and a $90,000.00 fine for illegal firearm possession.

Dugg was incarcerated as a juvenile.

Dugg could have received ten years in prison.

Apparently the Court was taken with Dugg’s attempts to show remorse and accept responsibility for his mistake.
